So is Trump turning liberal, now? I don't get it.

During the primaries, I thought he was playing a huge joke on all of us to point out the ridiculousness that is our federal government. I supported that message.

Then he got toxic and I turned on him.

Now I'm back to thinking he's having a huge laugh at our collective expense. He plays president for a few days, flies to Florida to golf, gets a 10 minute history lesson about some firm stance he has, changes his position when he learns that the issue is more complicated then he thought...

My head is spinning. Pick a side... is China good or bad? Is NATO good or bad? Is Assad good or bad? Is Russia good or bad? Seems he believes all those things are true at the same time. (or at least within a few minutes of each other.)

He's on record praising the Clinton's, numerous times. Maybe he realized Hillary couldn't win so stepped in to help her agenda go forward? I dunno... it's bizarre.

The press coverage is so unbalanced on Trump it's difficult to get a read on things.
I'm just looking at Pro's and Con's and not panicking on anything. My biggest issue with Trump right now is Nepotism. A month ago I said I was unsure about this. Now, I'm definitely having a problem with it. I really don't like Little Kush doing anything with National Security.

Please Kath. Do I need to post Maddow's big Trump Tax story ? Do I need to go back and post the polls that showed Hillary in a landslide? Golden Showers? They take the smallest issue on Trump and blow it up with Fake News. They never took him seriously as a candidate, they've been embarrassingly wrong about just about every major story about Trump. They have gotten themselves in so deep with their negative coverage of Trump that they have bet the house on taking him down.

He admits he's not Carnac the Magnificent, he's human. All presidents learn complexities of these situations. BHO, W, BJ Clinton, none of them were omnipotent going into office. All of them missed stuff. But there is this intentional bias that any candidate without D after their name is stupid. That's what I see you playing up. Making the accusation that he is stupid. I don't buy it. I think the guy is very intelligent. I'm not sure a bubble is accurate. This is the first POTUS we've had without any government employment in his past. He broke the glass ceiling, it's a great experiment.

How about lacking situational awareness? Did the press make up him saying he knows more than the generals? Did they make up that he promised health care would be cheaper and more inclusive within a few days? Did they make up him saying that nobody knew healthcare could be so complicated? Did they make up him saying that a 10-minute history lesson from the Chinese president showed him the N Korea situation is complicated? Did they make up his saying Nato is irrelevant, oh wait, no it's not? All of this is made up from the press? You believe this?

You are accusing the press of putting words in his mouth... words we have video of him saying. Are you accusing the press of making up videos of words coming out of Trump's mouth that he never said?

I just don't get it, Carlus. For eight years you bitched about every teeny tiny thing Obama did. When it was a big something, I was on your side.. see the clusterfuck that is ACA. I was never for that. But all the bitching about Obama playing golf? I didn't take that bait, then, and I haven't made a single comment about Trump's golf playing this year, even though he's on pace to break Obama's eight year golf travel budget in one year. I literally DGAF how often a president does/doesn't golf, but it was a YUGE deal during Obama's eight years, but now from the GOP? Not a peep. Not a single bitch about the golfing.

His WH is a hot mess. We know he used to be a democrat. Now I'm actively wondering if he always was and the bloviating during the campaign was just a way to cash in on the #neverHillary movement. He's done so much 180-ing on you guys....
