Re: Fake News
William Binney and J. Kirk Wiebe are clients of GAP and National Security Agency (NSA) whistleblowers who worked at the agency in excess of 36 years
Concerned over national security, Binney and Wiebe blew the whistle on the mismanagement over Trailblazer, using internal channels to share their concerns with Congress and the Department of Defense Inspector General (DoD IG). Despite their efforts, no one was held accountable at NSA for one of the worst intelligence failures in history. Little did they know at the time, Binney and Wiebe would face harsh retaliation from NSA for their efforts to make the truth known.

Re: Fake News
The fact that you never see any independent IT guys come on air and discuss the issues says it all.
You put two techies on TV and ask them could RU have hacked the DNC/Podesta? They will say yes and so could any other hacker in the world.
Then you ask them if it is possible to make a hack look like Russia did the hacking even if they didn't? They will say without question, yes that could be done.
You never see that though. It's funny, they'll bring on Generals to talk about missile strikes, meteorologist to discuss weather, but the only "facts" you hear about the "hacking" comes from former IC guys.

Re: Fake News
There is a reason for it, media they don't want to feel stupid in front of people who actually know what the fuck they are talking about, and techs don't care about being politically correct when saying it.kybkh wrote:The fact that you never see any independent IT guys come on air and discuss the issues says it all.

Re: Fake News
IT guys are notoriously stupid everywhere. Nobody will be shocked. Asking the guy about a complex technical issue, who accidentally deleted your email account and crashes your business's servers about twice a month, isn't exactly newsworthy. Every cable news outlet in existence has an IT department. They already know you don't ask IT guys how even to make the coffee, much less whether this was indeed a case of Russian-sponsored hacking.
The worst part is that typical black hats come across as fucking lunatics. Nobody wants that on their show either. Aside from them you have researchers in computer science departments who focus on security and so forth. But then you are just getting a neck-bearded autist for a television spot.
Just run with Blitzer and his audio-visual toys.

You don’t go for IT people they know shit. IT is information and tech. They fix hardware, software, and do what the admins and directors tell you what to do.Speaker to Animals wrote:IT guys are notoriously stupid everywhere. Nobody will be shocked. You don’t want a CTO/CEO because they get their dick sucked by saying how they are right, but behind their back they are called ignorant fools because they have been out of the field for too long.
You don’t want Admins there because they are still in the trenches and are starting to get burned out there so they are learning how to keep their mouth shut and not tell people what they are thinking all the time. Sometimes they slip and call people what they really are. Idiots.
You want to get someone at my level, a Director, someone who knows how to talk to idiots and make it stick without making them feel stupid. We will only call someone an idiot if they keep hitting the same damned wall of stupidity and they need a pervbial dope slap.

Fucking morons at CNN, they have got to be getting paid for this propaganda. How could you continue to work there. The size of the pond and amount of food would not alarm anyone with a dram of common sense.
