There is a constant drumbeat, and has been for the last many years, about how we need "21st Century job training" to go with the alleged 21st Century jobs. That's nice.

It misses the point, on purpose: fully half of the population is incapable of said jobs -- and always will be.

This isn't about being mean, nasty, or anything of the sort. It's about facts. Half the nation is on the left side of the curve, and the average is 100 (for IQ.) The "1 SD" encompasses the majority of the population. Those on the right of that "100" point are not in trouble
