We shouldn't wish her dead.

I may not agree with her politics, but she's a decent woman. She's certainly no partisan like Sotomayor. Sotomayor is the one that never belonged on the bench anywhere, much less the Supreme Court.
I don't wish her dead, but it I had her medical issues I'd want to retire (especially at her age) and take what time I had left to travel or otherwise enjoy life.

Bugs me to hear the liberals screaming about Kennedy leaving... FFS, the guy is 81 and wants to retire, can you blame him?

Not if it were the other way around and, if you go, Hillary is going to destroy your people. You'd be eating clean as fuck, taking the supplements, and praying to Jesus to give you enough life to wait the bitch out.

Yeah , RBG is a force for her side. Sotomayor is qualified, Kagan is the one that falls short for me.

Sotomayor was only qualified because she was a woman.

That's where you're wrong, kiddo.

Especially after the counter-revolution of 1787, elections have consequences.

Your right, they do... and She was the Democrat’s reward... Still doesn’t mean she was qualified for the job.

There were too many reasons not to let her sit, but majority rule. (Even though technically it shouldn’t matter.)

Amy Barret has been getting a lot of attention as a potential Kennedy replacement. Here she is speaking 5 days before the Presidential election of 2016.

Based on news blurbs I've seen, she scares the hell out of the Lefties.

Of course she would, she's against an "activist court" setting policy over the constitution. The dems know that left to Congress to pass laws to set policy they'd be crippled because Congress generally doesn't do shit.

My money is on Amy Barrett.

Constitutional Originalist in the mold of Scalia
Woman
Mother of Seven
Catholic

The Left thinks she will be picked too. She has been under attack since her name made the short list.

Brace yourselves for anti-Catholic bigotry then.
