Point of order.
I never once called for hockey talk to be banned.

Perhaps my learned freind could show the court where I called for a ban on hockey talk.
A single hockey free thread is not a ban.
I distinctly remember saying that there were over 3000 other threads available and even one dedicated to the NHL.
Olympic talk was effectively censored for the duration of the games by two arseholes complaining about censorship.

I don't see how Bjorn is being snarky, DrY went to bat for Kath, he fought for her, against me, who Kath asserts he "worships", and yet she threw him under the bus, as part of her latest meltdown, to the point of hijacking his account and posting under his avatar.

I can see being so butt hurt against me that she would jack my account, par for the course, anything goes for the Evil Smitty, but to jack DrY's account? I would say "asshole" is actually being generous there.

In fact you Hockey Bombed my thread distinctly on the premise of my removing your Paladin powers when you broke with Lawful Good behaviours in attacking your fellow adventurers on the way to market... in so doing, I was following letter of the law Dungeon Master protocol.

For this slight my territory came under fire... declaring war against me... which naturally invoked an equal and opposite response from myself... the laws of war being what they are.

When the fight was between you and Kath... I called it as I saw it... both sides had reasons for grievance... your fight, not mine.

Just now Kath drew me in by jacking my account... but I called her on it by PM and she straight up apologized so, of course, we are good.

Now it is time to leave all this nonsense alone... and continue with our forum... the good ol' pub it has always been.

No amount of moderation powers could help with that issue, though. A person would need access to the database to see the contents of PMs. I never had that - only the guys in red have that access.

All a mod can do with PMs is delete them for another user. Not sure what Martin was smoking. StA can delete his own PMs ...
