I can't even think of any ethno states that went wrong simply from being ethno states, which are the dystopian ethno states?

Most of them seem to work pretty well, I might have some criticisms of how they run things in Quebec, but it's hardly a failed state, they actually have the hottest economy in the country right now, and they've got their fiscal house more under control than we do here in Ontario at this juncture.
