If people can't use the emergency room and can't afford a doctor, how will they get healthy from whatever illness is ailing them? Many people actually do die from pneumonia for lack of care (and sometimes even with care,) so pretending people won't die is really, really disingenuous.

People don't die in the streets, just because emergency care can't save every life. The same is true of any country with single payer health care, it doesn't cover everything, especially on the preventative side, anyone who told you it does it does is a fucking liar. Fake News.
