I did do my own poutine, you gotta get that so that the cheese curds are melty, I don't take any chances with dat

Never even seen poutine. That doesn't seem to have crossed the pond. You can get chips and gravy from most chip shops but you would be offended by the thick gloopy packet gravy and nobody does it with cheese.

I don't smash it often, but it's something we all had as kids, so it's an Easter Treat

I've not seen another soul all day. I phoned mum to wish her a happy Easter but apart from that and chatting to you guys and a few mates on PF.com I've had no human contact.
I thought I heard a cuckoo earlier on which is always a treat but I didn't hear it again and we don't usually get them on the farm so I may have been mistaken. Might have been a woodpigeon.

Yeah, she loaded up at Bulk Barn, away from the grocery store she found a deep well of baking provisions
