Corporation tax and capital gains taxes have been reduced by up to 70%, this shortfall is paid for with other tax revenue such as the fuel tax.
We have a huge range of high MPG diesel cars which your tough emission laws don't permit.
Really though, I was making the point that high fuel prices lead to the development of more efficient cars.
