You can move longer on a higher protein diet. That was one of our edges against the zipper heads in nam.

Also, unless you're pressed for time you should really be keeping your moving to sprints and walking from what I've heard.

Nevermind on the app. I forgot I can't stand them.

Time for an avocado. I think I can still put lime juice on it.

Tips for not drinking as much?

I have a hard time with the drink and sometimes it causes me to oversleep when I should be working. I recently found out I can postpone drinking during the weekdays but

A) I end up drinking a lot on the weekends
B) When that happens I have to drink more to forget about cringe things I've done over the weekend

Some tips I've found that help me though during my non drinking attempts:

>drink soda water like it's beer
>take sleeping pills and go to bed early
>try reading a book and get off the internet so much
>try not to involve myself in situations where I feel the need to self medicate such as getting upset or emotional

Thoughts fam? I could use some help here. I really don't want to drink so much anymore but I'm borderline addicted. It's affecting my job quality as well.

I'm not doing anything you're not doing. An evening workout would probably help.

If you're going ketogenic I'd advise having these on hand:

Snack 1
Snack 2
Snack 3

If you're drinking too much and want to stop there's always LDN/Naltrexone, but of course, consult a physician, etc. Don't dose on something because some guy on the internet said so.

HAh! No . . . that's how I get my food! Stores are for the poors.
