She allowed Adam to know where the weapons were stored and trained him on how to use them. The responsibility lies solely with her and her lack of judgment.

So, you're telling me that a young man who was trained in the use of firearms by his idiot mother, and knew how to handle them correctly from a young age, could have used them in an act of mass violence? *gasp* Who could have forseen this??
