He WENT ON to murder a woman. Shit happens. Not predictable.
You have failed to understand your own article.
Learn how to fucking read.
Sanchez was in federal prison for re-entering the country after his fifth deportation.
He was in custody. Not for a drug crime, but for being here illegally.
But on March 26, as the date neared for him to be released into ICE custody, prison officials in Victorville shipped him north to the San Francisco Sheriff's Department on an outstanding drug-related warrant despite an immigration detainer.
So, rather than turn him over to immigration, as was scheduled, he was moved to a sanctuary city to face other charges.
The San Francisco district attorney's office declined to prosecute what authorities said was a decade-old marijuana possession case, and Sanchez was released April 15.
Knowing that he was scheduled for deportation, the judge ordered him released. He then went on to kill a woman. Both of you should hang your heads in shame for the pathetic arguments you've presented. He was supposed to be deported. ICE was already involved. He was instead moved to San Fran so a sanctuary city judge could release him before ICE could deport him.
What? You think the judge didn't know he was facing deportation? You think you could get arrested for assault, and then get extradited to another town where you had unpaid parking tickets from ten years ago, have those charges dropped, and then NOT get sent back to where you faced other charges?
Fucking scum, the both of you.
