We already knew that. This is the third vehicle attack this year, that I know of. ISIS announced that their adherents should use this tactic against westerners in crowds. It's not rocket science to see what's going on.

Also, there was a 'highly suspicious unmarked van' that pulled up in front of one of the NYPD cars, and was immediately rushed by 'anti-terror units'. Turned out to be a delivery driver trying to do his job (who saw that coming??).
