I don't get it. The law as quoted in the article above could not be clearer. Could they just change the structure of a sentence an issue a new order? Could they do this daily? Just reissue the order every time it is blocked.

From what I read they used Trump's own words during his presidential campaign speeches to stop this because they needed it to prove that the intent is religiously base.
