I would definitely call him a cuck to his face, he's a politician, and he's cucking, I would call him out if I met him face to face, and he would just have to smile and re state his case, or piss off.

He's an officer and congressman, he's opened himself up to political rhetoric against him, and he may not use force to overcome that.
