Maybe you can't put a dementia patient in the seat as most powerful man in the world and let the Managerial State run everything. :shifty:
right ?

worst Administration in American history

not even functional by the standards we grew up with

these people are clowns, this is clown world, these are not serious people

so lo & behold, the whole Hegemony is collapsing; now, in real time, right before our eyes
I'm actually wondering if this shit storm could roll out into a Bronze Age Collapse.
If nukes are fired and EMPs take out enough systems, it will be a dark age.

No one knows how to live without computers, computers run every system, it is the reference for world knowledge.
I only go as far as I can extrapolate by logic and/or history

but near as I can tell

the slow decline in the wake of 911 has just come home to roost

the debacle in Afghanistan, the withdrawal from Kabul fiasco

that broke the back

and now the ship is sinking

blood in the water

and the sharks are circling

and one of the sharks is already over the Rubicon in Ukraine

what pisses me off is that Ukraine and Russia would probably be great friends if it weren't from sewer rats from the Beltway.

TheOneX wrote: Sat Feb 26, 2022 8:30 pm This is all about gaining control over the natural gas and oil in Ukraine so Russia cannot be challenged as the primary source of natural gas and oil to Europe. Russia knows as soon as Ukraine joins NATO there is nothing they can do to stop it. That was the point of capturing Crimea and why Russia has been funding separatists groups in and near Ukraine in order to ward off Western investment into these natural gas and oil fields.

Getting Europe off Russian dependence is exactly why powerful individuals in the US had their kids working with Ukrainian oil companies to try and undermine Russian control of the European market.
This makes sense.

The question is, is this move insane? It seems insane.

Gaining control of the gas and oil may be technically possible, but alienating the entire world to do so?

Is this the gamble of a madman... or is there some scenario where Putin pulls this off?

Does Putin come to regret entering a quagmire in the Ukraine?

Does it become a bleeding ulcer that drains Putin of his credibility and where he is ultimately overthrown by an usurper?

Or is there some scenario where this actually works?
I would call it desperate more than insane. Both Russia and China want a return to former glory. Russia does not care so much about replacing the US, but they do want to retain what they see as their sphere of influence. China wants to return to a mythical time where only China mattered (which never actually existed outside of east Asia). The problem is for both countries, more so China than Russia, is their future outlooks are not very good. They both cannot get any more powerful within the current status quo as they are right now. So they have this 10 to 20 year window right now where they have to change the status quo. If they can change the status quo they get to be regional or global powers until the status quo changes again, otherwise they will be relegated to continuing to live under the shadow of the US while India surpasses them.

The real shame is that all BHO had to do is leave Afghanistan after the OBL mission was successful.
We would have been strong global leaders not a failing empire. We could have declared victory and got out intact, with honor.

Ukraine is winning the information war.
if Russia wins, the Pax Americana is over

if Ukraine wins, the Pax Americana is over

by setting this in motion, then failing to be able to stop it ?

Biden just showed that the Pax Americana,

the American Hegemony which has kept the peace for 75 years

has already collapsed,

and in fact collapsed in Kabul a few months ago

the last serious President was George H. W. Bush

ever since, it has been one Wall Street Bankster after the next

and that corrupt & incompetent governance has finally broke the back, after three decades of decline therein

There is no 'Good Guy' in this fight
these are their best fighters, this is who is slowing the Russians down

but typical of Fascists, they don't care about the civilians at all

they don't care if Ukraine is reduced to an apocalyptic wasteland

all they care about is their total war against the hated enemy

they are not defending the population

they are driving their entire population, man, woman & child, into the meatgrinder

because he was a television comedian, I figured he was a lightweight

but now that shit has kicked off, he is revealing himself to be an ultra nationalist

The U.S.S.R. took over several Eastern European nations during Pax Americana. One, then another then another fell behind the Iron Curtain and Pax did nothing. In fact, Pax had MAGA afterwards.
