We went over my inlaws for Easter lunch... they tried to kill us with the food. My wife and I made two cheesecakes and mashed potatoes... the inlaws' food was still on the table, our food was gone...

I had to throw together something quick and dirty to eat for dinner, thankfully I can do it easily enough, but this is the last year we will be doing this... I was not happy with the lack of prep from my inlaws... they ruined a perfectly good ham, and their cornbread tasted like sawdust.

the wife has grilled the chicken souvlaki kabbobs

she lays them on a bed of rice, I throw the feta chopped salad in too, one big bowl

then I put the tzatziki sauce on everything
