No, he was basically by himself on a sidewalk livestreaming his thoughts to Facebook.

There was no crowd. He wasn't giving speeches.

Maybe the worst they could get him on is showing images of Muslims walking into court. Not sure if he did that, though.

If I remember correctly that is what his original conviction was for. It was on a technicality about what constitutes the boundary of the court as it is illegal to broadcast in a UK court.
You can't just stand outside a court haranguing those involved in a case and then try to use freedom of speech as an excuse.
