The one thing I love that my wife makes (and she makes very little food because I love to cook) is Mapo Tofu... yum...

Hot and spicy, burns your mouth with two forms of heat. Love that kind of food.

Never heard of it. Is it a cultural dish, or a homegrown recipe?

Cultural dish... I've been eating more Asian food lately (home-made) It's healthier.

I feel like if you're only getting foods with soy, then it's a problem.

But I'll be darned if I'm giving up asian food. Death first.

First off... the guy needs to stop to fucking manscaping... but he's right about why soy is different in Asian countries than in the US. I also only buy heirloom seeds, I refuser to buy GMO, I am part of a seed group that trades heirloom seeds, we meet twice a year.

That being said, I can't eat food with soy, it causes my stomach to get upset with me something awful... I cook with pure corn or olive oils. I can't do soy... and I can tell when things are cooked in it... ugh...

But I agree, (American processes) soy is a terrible thing for men to eat in any quantity. That is why when I cook any Asian foods, I also go to an Asian market...they got great deals on the good stuff, and the majority of it you won't find outside of that store or Chinatown.

Fermented soy is OK so tofu is no problem if you want to avoid estrogen analogues.
