Ah right... Muslims make up a total of 6% of Europe, and outside the few Muslim-majority countries are composed mostly of unemployed, lower class immigrants and 2nd generation (in the German Turks case, some 3rd gen) youths. Pretending that some refugees can suddenly assume power in a country, not only as a super-minority but a non-prestigous , non-powerful minority, is not just insanely stupid, it is also an argument in dire need of Occam's razor.

Comparing the power, superior technology, military force, and - again- power that was behind actual colonization to letting in a couple thousand Muslim refugees, is insane. We're talking: "Trump is Hitler" levels of absurd hyperbole, drama queening, hysteria and fake news bullshit. A refugee is not a goddamn conquistador. Seriously? But... please, please, pleeeeeaase stop trying to paint the discourse about Muslims in Europe as a case of "brown people" vs white people, or in any racial perspective at all, in fact. Muslims are not "brown people". It's no more a mono-ethnic religion than Christianity is. One of the largest Muslim immigrant groups after the Turks, were the ex-Yugoslav immigrants following the civil wars there in the 90's. They definitely qualify as the US definition of "white". So would alot of Turks, for that matter. The debate around Muslims, is not considered a racial division in Europe, it's a cultural one.

German police sealed off and closed a shopping mall in the heart of the western city of Essen on Saturday after the security services warned of a possible terrorist attack.

Germany is on high alert following deadly militant Islamist attacks in France and Belgium and after a failed asylum seeker from Tunisia drove a truck into a Berlin Christmas market in December, killing 12 people.

I used the term intentionally to point out that his issue isn't with Islam the religion - it's with Arabs, and their culture. He's transferring his racial paranoia into a "war on Islam" mentality that our alt-right media is currently splashing all over the internet. I'm just pointing it out, in my silly way.

Also, I think it makes more sense to call black and brown people that, rather than using made-up ethno-identity nonsense, like "African-American" - this is my way of combating that.
