Anyway DB, I'd say in the immediate term, the best gat is the one you got ammo for. I mean, getting your hands on 22lr is nuts.
Assuming the ammo shortage ends someday, how can you go wrong with an AR, 9mm or some other semi auto pistol, and a shotgun (in that order)?
