The West is wide open, we just need a goalie to get hot, as long as we make it. Hell if we face Vegas and get seeded in the Pacific, that's an easy enough pathway to the final, as long as we get past Playoff Fleury and co, and he's the quintessential playoff choker and win the Western Final against another Central team. No rental players though, build for the future, win in the present. We got the extra pick from Ottawa, so we'll get that lottery pick eventually one way or the other, and it's too late to tank now, we'd get a lower end top 10 pick even if we did tank, no way to lose our way into the top four.
