What we actually do not need (at all) is more immigrants of any kind. Think about that. Unemployment is shit. We don't have enough jobs for everybody. Why bring more people in here unless your interest really is just to glut the labor market and drive down wages?

Remember when I told you this legal wrangling all seems quite odious to about half of the American population? This is one of those cases.

If letting foreigners in here on a visa for just one day means we can't send any of them back, even when their demographic represents a threat to our people, or we don't really have the jobs to spare and the welfare funds to spend on them, then we should just close immigration down completely.

This type of legal bullshit is what makes me want to shut down the entire federal government and start over.

And it's equally true that there's a substantial number of folks who care about seeing that the Constitution isn't violated. To my thinking, that's a little more substantial than some "legal wrangling." Had Trump taken the time to have the OLC review the order, I'm fairly sure he wouldn't be in this bind.

I would add that he's already talking about amending the order.

If you have a green card you are supposed to be a permanent lifelong resident, unless you do something like terrorism. It does take a few years to get it.

This annoys me about politics, too many people on all sides saying we don't need no stinking laws, or justice, or even common sense, we wanna!

Trump would be in this bind no matter what. He will amend the order, and they will still take issue with it, mark my words. The constitution is not being violated, and the people that think it is don't know what they are talking about. The 9th circuit is a joke, and their decision on this matter is even bigger joke. The side that thinks this EO is unconstitutional has no case whatsoever, sometimes both sides don't deserve an equal amount of blame and this is definitely one of those times.

Well I wouldn't necessarily short Boeing at this juncture, but you do have to recognize that with Boeing, the main business is airliners, and there's a lot more competition there, with Airbus, Embraer, and Bombardier. The C-17 production line has also been shut down, and Northrop Grumman won the B-21 bomber contract, so on the MIC side, Boeing needs a win, on something big, what Boeing really needs is a B-52 replacement, it's all well and good to extend the B-52 forever from a taxpayer point of view, but from a Boeing point of view, would be better to build something new.

Congress did take the KC-46 away from Northrop Grumman and give it to Boeing, but that was just holding the line, and it still doesn't do anything for St Louis, without something to replace C-17 and Super Hornet, the McDonnell Douglas plant in St. Louis will be shut down.
