Mind you, "Van Doo" is actually a pejorative, if you meet them, don't call them that to their face
Say "Vingt-deuxième", properly, that's what I call them, actually, I don't usually say Van Doo
We RCR calls them Van Doos, that's not what they call themselves
Capps will be happy to know that Me & Mrs Smitty were married by a Roman Catholic Priest

For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

I actually keep a little wedding picture in my wallet
Mrs Smitty is thermonuclear cute and beautiful
When a Royal 22nd sees it, in the Citadel, with the Regimental wedding party, they :bite lip:

Motherfucker I was watching Paths of Glory when it was in theaters. I saw the Shining 10 years before I was born. R. Lee Ermey used me as a consultant in FMJ and Barry Lyndon is based on aspects of my life. Don't try to out Kubrick me. I am Spartacus.Smitty-48 wrote: ↑Fri Apr 17, 2020 5:00 pmSo Fucking Romantic

I actually met Kubrick.
Well not strictly true, I never spoke to him or anything but I was at the same wedding reception as him.
The bride was my last girlfriend. After she kicked her husband out obviously.

Re: SARS Pt. 2 - Wuhan Boogaloo
The guy I do the Film and TV catering with knew him quite well because he ran the catering for FMJ.
Apparently he would wait until everyone had been up for breakfast and then come up to get some illicit bacon when nobody was watching.
Didn't even have it in a bread roll, just scoffed it straight down with the grease running down his chin.
