Depends, according to Indian Affairs (BIA) you should be at least 1/4, be able to trace your ancestry tree to that, and be registered with a tribe to be considered Native American. Even if you could be 1/1024th you'd have to have your family tree back that far, and register with a tribe... none of that "maybe" stuff.
Of course this is progressivism, where you can "identify" as anything you want... like I only look like a white male, but I'm really a half-black/half-Asian pre-op gender-neutral transsexual furry. (I'm hoping that qualifies me for some huge "diversity" contracts from the govt) Going by that, she doesn't need any Native DNA.
