Land isn't cheap at all, really.. The houses were, but real estate is jumping up like crazy right now, in the bubble. Might have to wait until next year, when the market has cratered. Pick it up in a fire sale.

Go to Wisconsin or Michigan, you can get a farm and 40 acres in the 100k range. Including, house, barn and out buildings.

No, not really. I was up there this Spring and I saw 70s and 80s well built houses. You should check it out.

No, not really. I was up there this Spring and I saw 70s and 80s well built houses. You should check it out.

The market's a lot softer down south, but I need to stay up by the coast for work. Also, I'm terrified of the home-selling/buying process. Too easy to fuck up.
