Biden has not yet killed 50 thousand plus Americans with his incompetence, so he at least has that going for him. Not that I could vote for the bastard. The only way I can hold Trump accountable for his failure and total lack of accountability is to not vote for him.
Stand outside the political maelstrom and shout invective all you want; it’s essentially cowardliness, a desire not to be held accountable for your own actions. But you’re not a Liberty person so I don’t expect you to understand personal responsibility.

Monte isn’t a Liberty person either, but HM is and should know better.
Yes, we already established that holding Trump accountable for literally anything he fucks up on is a symptom of deranged thinking, and that in order to purge oneself of delusion they must accept that everything Trump does is genius, and even when he says batshit stupid things, it only seems stupid because we do not perceive the genius in ideas like injecting Lysol spray inside human bodies to cure a deadly viral infection.

I would encourage you, in your efforts to cure us of our delusional thinking, to consider our delusional state of mind. To us poor delusional folk, it seems like Trump has become a kind of Jim Jones figure for his faithful who fervently believe he cannot possibly do any wrong, despite mass graves being dug in NYC at this very moment. We have all run off into the jungle and because we are so bloody delusional, it kind of looks like Trump is handing out poisoned koolaid to his faithful. And it's getting ever more insane as the pandemic carries on, with Trump supporters actually getting each other infected by protesting in mass gatherings during the worst pandemic since the middle ages.

TDS, in fact the whole Anti-Trump narrative, is a perfect example of how well propaganda works. Smart people are indoctrinated so thoroughly that they don’t recognize the cognitive dissonance. I think HM is one of the smartest guys on this forum but he got sucked in. Monte is smart but he was biased to begin with so it’s not so apparent. Farmer needs to work out some personal issues so I don’t put him in the same camp.

My theory is that it’s the Chinese. They own the MSM through shell companies, they finance Hollywood, they give endowments to universities, and the provide the Venture Capital for Tech. This is a predictable result of Capitalism combined with “Free” Trade.
My guess it’s that people make a living doing it. They just paying their bills. SJW is and industry just like NAACP.
“I've got a phone that allows me to convene Americans from every walk of life, nonprofits, businesses, the private sector, universities to try to bring more and more Americans together around what I think is a unifying theme..." - Obama

Personal issues don’t affect my view on trump, but I’m rather curious how you came to that one lol

What’s the alternative? Run for president?

Not even a viable option for you, with unlimited free time and vast resources. How are the rest of us to engage, other than spewing vitriol and debate on a forum? :)

You can take a nuanced position: bitch about Trump but then admit what's good about him. He really was the difference between liberty and egalitarian control. And if you're an egalitarian, just say so like Monte, but still admit that the reason you hate Trump so much is that he frustrated your hopes.

The mass graves in NYC could have been avoided. That was Trump's mistake. That does not mean the governors are not responsible, and especially the city government that encouraged people to ride subways and go to parades even when the data about this virus was very clear that we dealing with something monumentally bad. But I do not vote in New York or NYC elections. I do get to vote (or not) for a president and I will not reward this level of incompetency.

We are at the top of the coronavirus assholes leaderboard precisely because the people running this country thought the economy was more important than human life, and now we are all paying the price both in human lives AND in a destroyed economy.

I am not going to just force myself to forget that idiot opining about how it's just like the flu when the data was obviously not supporting that. I am not going to forget him sending that dipshit Kudlow out in front of America like a 2020 version of Baghdad Bob, telling us Trump almost has this thing defeated and we will have zero cases, even though they were doing everything possible to not stop it because they bought into that ridiculous "herd immunity" plan.

Vote for that kind of incompetency if you want. That's your right. I will not.

I was also thoroughly disgusted by Hillary, if that helps.

My criticism of trump is solely based on trump. Not some imaginary alternative. He’s a disgusting human being. A slovenly, crude, ignorant, and haughty example of humanity. He would fit well at the head of an HOA. He’s the embodiment of what’s wrong with the top tier of American society.

The mass graves in NYC could’ve been avoided?
With what?
Hillary magic?

The mental gymnastics it must take to believe:
1. This is the worst pathogen to hit humanity since the Black Plague
2. We totally could’ve avoided mass casualties on NYC if only the president were someone else.

It defies all reason.
