We started the trip out in Cape Town...
Very nice town... but a bit cold and rainy as it is their winter.
Checked out the Cape of Good Hope, then out to Stellenbosch where the Afrikaners started their move inland, now wine country and some local museums...
Didn't make it to Robben Island due to weather... our ferry was cancelled.
Our guide was Domingo who was "coloured" according to Apartheid racial specifications...
Proudly decended from Malay slaves brought over by the dutch... who frequently referred to the "blacks" in less than flattering terms.
