No chocolate it dairy for a month is tougher than I thought . I fast every Thursday so that's not tough really but being vegitarian for a few days a week is difficult. I routinely fast for three days a month every month . It's the night of the second day that really fucks with you.

How the fuck you going to just go and give up dairy? I would literally die.

It's suppose to be hard right ? Plus I need to phase that shit out completely anyway . For most part most dairy is awful for you. Especially if your part Comanche like myself . , Welsh , German, French and Ingun. Frontiers lead to a scarcity of females so you get what you get.

It's a good method actually. Especially if you are trying to keep your beer intake to a minimum. At least I find it's a neat trick. Gorge yourself on a heavy meal at dusk and apparently you don't have room left to get drunk before you pass out.

Part of my folk didn't have cattle or dairy for thousands of years and besides unless it's milk that's from pastured cows it's likely fucked too so
