You don't see doing exercise as something that keeps you alive?

No, I’m trying to grasp your definition of sloth.Martin Hash wrote:R U feeling guilty trying for a 6-pak & some pecs?DBTrek wrote:You don't see doing exercise as something that keeps you alive?
Which now requires me to grasp your unique definition of “productive”.
Which has me wondering if the time investment is worth it, as I’d prefer to learn Spanish if I’m going to be learning a second language.

Re: Sloth
I know you got it, however, what makes this thread NOT sloth is the ideas that come for it. For example, are degrees sloth? Well, not engineering, law, medicine, accounting, patents, welding, animal husbandry... But, Women's Studies? Sloth. Sociology? Sloth. Psychology? Sloth. But what about Clinical Psychology? Probably NOT sloth.

What if one of us pays a top tattoo artist whatever top tattoo artists get for tattooing to tattoo a yuge gothic "SLOTH" across our chest? Is that production for the tattoo market, or is that sloth?

Well in the movie Se7en, the Sloth guy was actually being quite productive, as he was fueling a law enforcement investigation into his torture. Freeman and Pitt got overtime because of it, and they put that money right back into the local economy.Fife wrote:What if one of us pays a top tattoo artist whatever top tattoo artists get for tattooing to tattoo a yuge gothic "SLOTH" across our chest? All Martin cares about is broken glass replacement contracts.
Production, you see.
So break shit, comrade.

Re: Sloth
There seems to be a lot of support for sloth in this thread. Are all you guys spinning your wheels, gratifying yourselves, getting nothing productive done?
p.s. Just a couple months ago I fixed a couple broken windows: NOT sloth.
