What we need a new term for is "regret sex".

We are not talking about bullshit excuses like regret sex. It was challenged that women commit rapes in comparable, and in my estimation probably much higher, rates than men. Women can and do commit rape all the time.

Personally, I think the rate of female rapists is actually far higher than that of men based on the numbers of reports we have in the crime statistics (when you untangle the re-categorization of women raping as "other sexual assault"), and the much higher estimates of men not reporting their rapes (for obvious reasons when they can be charged for their own rape, or even when the woman is convicted, they can have to pay child support to their rapist). Combine that with a culture that casts women as perpetual victims, the idea that "women can't be sexist", the idea that men have to be taught not to rape but women are just precious snowflakes, and that "it's never okay to hit a woman" (like even self-defense is not culturally available to the man), then you are going to get a lot of women who feel quite empowered to do this shit. Nor will they even see it as rape. Women don't engage in the kind of self-reflection that men do in my opinion. Just in my own life, I have noticed that the women most likely to signal all this rape culture and violence against women garbage are exactly the kinds of women that go around sexually assaulting men in bars with ass slaps and other actions that, if it were reversed, they'd cry rape.

And what GCF is doing is assuming that males who don't complain (but get caught because parents find texts and other evidence that it happened) constitute some consensual sex, but the reality is that for a lot of men, just pretending like you really wanted it is nothing more than a coping mechanism when you live in a very real rape culture that is directed against men. You have ZERO social service to help you. Society will crush you for displaying the pain you endured from your rape and you could very well end up punished for your rape anyway.
