I in fact did post the violence at the March4Trump rallies and the fact that appears these confrontations are growing. We here at Hashwerks predicted this would happen. It's a logical evolution. You see Trump supporters gearing up to confront the BlackBloc thugs trying to enforce their puscht.

I don't blame people for being ready to defend themselves in the streets.

Question is, how do we defuse the situation ?

I watched a good portion of the live stream from this event. I saw scuffles breaking out periodically, but I also saw people from both sides trying to break up the violence and condemn it. That is how you diffuse the situation.

Ol' Gavin McInnes promoted this event to increase his own public image by antagonizing Berkley leftists, and some reliably took the bait.

The other way to view it though is that two groups of people with wildly opposing world views gathered to publicly express their opinions, and we're able to with very little violence... relative to what we know humans are capable of.

I found it heartening at times to see free expression and self regulation... even if some people got a little rowdy.
