Those appear to be Norman helmets on the spearmen - nose guard and all. Also, there's a princess with a flowing white veil - not Slavic.

The chain mail and leggings are classic European, though I concede they could be a Slavic look, though centuries after the European Normans.

Shields are Saxon, suggesting that this is a reenactment of the Battle of Hastings - likely in Britain.

Lastly, Russians can't afford drones. If they could, they'd probably be imprisoned or shot for breaking one.
