Cops were called immediately, statements taken, no one was detained, charges brought within 24 hours. Gianforte's hearing was scheduled a few days ago, extension requested and given.Penner wrote:adwinistrator wrote:

No civil lawsuits have been filed, that I know of.

Ah, okay. For some reason, I thought that there were no charges being put forth but thanks and that. Also, won't the glasses be evidence of the crime and rest with the police?
