8 U.S. Code § 1182 (f)

Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate. Whenever the Attorney General finds that a commercial airline has failed to comply with regulations of the Attorney General relating to requirements of airlines for the detection of fraudulent documents used by passengers traveling to the United States (including the training of personnel in such detection), the Attorney General may suspend the entry of some or all aliens transported to the United States by such airline.

Greencard = permanent resident. Don't post legal quotes when you don't understand what you're even debating.

I understand exactly. The people he is keeping out, even though they may have green cards, are not yet on US soil... so what part of that don't you understand? Also, Green Cards don't give you permanent residency, they give you temporary residency till citizenship is possible... if it's not used for other reasons as well.

There have been several cases in which Greencard residents have been denied re-entry to the country, when they left to visit family.
Read the damn wiki then - a Greencard is not 'temporary'.
A United States Permanent Resident Card (USCIS Form I-551), formerly Alien Registration Card or Alien Registration Receipt Card (INS Form I-151), is an identification card attesting to the permanent resident status of an alien in the United States. It is known informally as a green card because it was green from 1946 until 1964 and on May 11, 2010 it was reverted to the color green.[1][2] Green card also refers to an immigration process of becoming a permanent resident. The green card serves as proof that its holder, a lawful permanent resident (LPR), has been officially granted immigration benefits, which include permission to reside and take employment in the United States. The holder must maintain permanent resident status, and can be removed from the United States if certain conditions of this status are not met.

It is if you don't maintain your permanent resident status.

Correct. But that status is not changed by leaving for a short time and coming back.

Green card holders are still immigrant aliens, they are not US citizens, they are in the process of becoming. They can have their green card status revoked for multiple reasons. Again, as I stated above is one of those reasons.
What part of that don't you understand?
Also, in your own statement:
can be removed from the United States if certain conditions of this status are not met. Those criteria have been decided for 90 days by the president. Also, lets be honest here, the TSA are a bunch of useless twats.

Is anybody surprised GCF is more concerned about green card holders than his fellow Americans beaten unconscious by leftists armed with metal poles?

For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.
