Yes. I wasn't disputing that. You claimed there was a vocal minority. The split between right/wrong is 47/47. That makes neither side the majority nor the minority.

It seems that even in Trump's plain speaking new regime there is a place for doublespeak.
According to the TV news tonight the use of travel "ban" is now disapproved of despite Trump himself using the word in his tweets. Apparently "extreme vetting" is now the accepted phrase to use.
A sign of moderation from within the GOP perhaps to mitigate the fallout from the President's decree?

There is a temporary "ban" while more "extreme vetting" restrictions are being implemented. It's not doublespeak.
