My degenerate gambling app has the Leafs as big favourites which was a surprise considering the result of the Sharks last game and their home advantage.

The Sharks are one of the worst teams in the league, 33 losses with a -40 goal differential

Tho it really depends which Loafs show up, their Achilles heel is a lack of consistency.

Loafs playing sloppy and reckless, rushing up and down the ice trading chances with the Sharks

Loafs Marlies defense getting exposed, lots of rush chances, Soupie is battling, but not getting any help

Matthews manages to score his 46th

It's the same ol' same ol' usual suspects only being interested in playing shinny, while leaving the D in the lurch

Keefe reads them the riot act during a time out, we'll see if it has any effect.

The result so far is that they have simply become even more frantic and sloppy

Giving the puck away all over the ice, rushing around in a flurry while flailing

Soupie is basically keeping them in it, making big saves as the Sharks counterattack over and over

If this was Hutchison, it would prolly be 7-1 Sharks by now

They need to get out of this period and maybe find their legs in the third, otherwise they are getting rolled

The Loafs have gone the entire second period without an even strength shot on net, shots against are 16-1

Soupie is actually putting on a clinic, as he has been thrown to the wolves.

Loafs come out in the third the same, just running around, no structure, flailing about, coughing the puck up

Soupie finally cracks, Sharks score 2 inside of a minute, 4-2 Sharks.

This would have been one of those games where they got rinsed, but Campbell kept it from being a blow out

Another pathetic display, if not for the stellar goaltending in the 2nd, this would have been 8-2 instead of 4-2

The defence is weak, but really it's about the Big Four phoning it in, again.

Yeah, Matthews & Marner scored, they got their cookies, but the rest of the time they were floating.

Tavares was invisible, except when he was giving the puck away in front

Nylander was one of the worst offenders giving the puck away, total float job

Laziest team in hockey overpaid prima donnas all over again.

I would say that Sheldon Keefe has absolutely no effect on this team whatsoever

He doesn't have bad effects, he doesn't have good effects, he has no effects

Nobody puts Baby Huey in a corner, he wasn't worried about Babcock, he's totally indifferent to the AHL coach

The inmates run the asylum, they are so overpaid and pampered, they don't have to listen to anybody

This is why, much as I was sick of Babcock, I was never sold on Keefe

If Mike Babcock has no juice with them, who the fuck is Keefe?
