I'd like to add that Kath and Martin ignored scores of my reports and only did something about the 4 they found to have crossed a line.

Kath didn't just ask nicely, she literally threatened to censor me and Smitty if we posted hockey talk in her safe space. She was threatening and asking, when it was just asking, that was fine and I eventually would have listened, then she escalated because she was butthurt that I didn't immediately take her advice.

Not respecting the thread is nothing burger, threats of censorship by a moderator for not posting like she wishes I would, that's a big deal.

Kath has been docked already for less than perfect moderating.

In future she is being asked not to threaten censorship.

In the grand scheme of things I am awarding Kath an A- as a moderator.
On this particular moderating assignment she got a C-.... but it wasn't a final exam or anything.... so it probably won't affect her moderating GPA.

If I was going to think of a better moderator than Kath on this forum... I can't really think of one...
There are time commitments involved... and I doubt many are up to the commitment.
It seems to be a pretty thankless job around here.
And I would prefer to have a moderator than not have one.

But forum members have responsibility here too... not just moderators.
