How can you say that? My firm just put a bid in for work from a large corporation. We were asked about how we try to "improve inclusiveness" in the workplace. We include good attorneys and get rid of shitty ones... Shit is a cancer that has gone terminal....

Federal government awards contracts partially based on woman/minority owned companies - which is why my old contracting company made a Chinese woman the “president” of the company. Her duties included being Chinese and a woman. But she got us the contract.

... until that company was displaced by the Native American owned company.

In both cases, all the tech contractors actually doing the work at the Federal site were white. But hey, as long as we don’t own shit or run the company it’s all good.
