Many people are relying on their guns to settle this when it comes to their doorstep, and because Trump is president, they think the feds have their back.

Unfortunately, the Deep State & all the levers of power are controlled by the Communists. Through years of Affirmative Action & White guilt, every organization is compromised. Combine that with the natural fecklessness of Republicans, and the lack of support for Trump, when the rioters get to your neighborhood there will be no police or the police will be on their side. This is how Communist revolutions are usually successful.

Hide in your cave, see how that turns out? You must resist, which I don’t see anyone doing. Liberty seems to be everyone out for themselves.

Communists are great at sidelining police and military while they secure power. Folks paying any attention at all should be starting to understand that the Feds and even most the local police won't help them. Peacefully protest against the lockdown and get arrested, riot and burn the city and go free.

Patriots are looking for a leader. Trump is there, but he is a dissident President, limited in ability. One could make the case that BHO is still president. Generals, SCOTUS and BLM has affirmed this in the last 2 weeks.

The street thugs of the Communist movement think they are revolutionaries, they are not. They are the Stasi street enforcers used to demoralize anyone who stands against the State.

They have never accepted the election of '16 and peaceful transition of power. They will not accept his election in '20. Too much corruption in Washington, too much to lose.

That said, Patriots should embrace the possibility, and prepare. Start reading about effective insurgencies. Non-combatants will be more important than combatants this time around. But all will be needed.
Read about Communism. The will attempt to control food, all communication, and all weapons.

Patriots will need to be able to Shoot, Move and Communicate.
Shooting = technical skill, not just shooting a gun
Move = any area controlled by Commies will require travel permits and questioning
Communicate = will be the biggest vulnerability of Patriots. They will need a secure way to communicate using technology.

There are approx. 19 Million Veterans in the US. A third are capable of some kind of direct action. But the Global War on Terrorism Soldiers of the first decade would likely do a bulk of the action in a Civil War. There were 2.3 Million Veterans of GWOT vets. They are very good Soldiers, who know first hand about insurgencies. Few would be Commies.

BHO started purging the military after 2012. 300 Flag grade officers and a large number of other officers and Senior NCO's were purged. They were replaced by politically correct bootlickers. In the 8 years since the purge, the quality of the US military has sunk. Remember the navy crews captured by Iran crying ?

Communist militarys are poorly trained and rely almost solely on numbers. There will be a few special units that are excellent, but the bulk will be underpaid, poorly fed, and poorly trained. Likely pressed into service.

US Veterans are trained, they maintain their arms, and train. They would be very difficult to deal with.

A VPN is a secured connection from your computer to a server. So, for $5/month or so, I have ExpressVPN. It's a little app that I can install on my phone and computers. When I turn it on, it directs all of my internet traffic through a server in the city of my choice (NYC, Chicago, DC, Atlanta, etc). That traffic is encrypted, so my ISP can't see what I'm sending or even throttle it.

When it pops out in the other city, it goes to say, martinhash.com. Anyone looking can see that that computer in NYC is connecting to martinhash.com, but they can't see where I am. You can use it to appear to be in any major city. So, I can connect to Netflix and see what they're showing to UK users, for example.
