This Arab journalist reports that Afghan security forces negotiated a surrender because the other option was facing a Taliban w/backing from Pakistan, Iran, Russia & China - who had an interest in removing the US puppet and have deals w/the Taliban to preserve their interests.
This doesn't sound likely to me. Even if the reporting is accurate, it just sounds like something a surrendering fighter would say.

Fisher ended his book on the American Revolution by observing that some people simply prefer the convenience of tenancy to the responsibility of ownership, something especially true of those in servile or professional occupations who are the backbone of regime support everywhere.

The sentence just above the one in the picture:

"The stronger the manhood in the community, and the more effective the occupations of the inhabitants in developing primal manhood, the stronger will be the tendency to independence, and the stronger and more desperate the patriot party."

Nibba?
Nibba is an alteration of nigga, a variant of the N-word reclaimed by some Black speakers. Nibba is primarily used by white people online to avoid getting in trouble for using nigga. It is nevertheless still considered offensive.
Googling was unhelpful
But provided some incidental humour
