Re: Fake News
The Washington Post, Bezos/Amazon, CIA connection is the most under-reported story in all the media.
How is no one even discussing these web of evil which is being used repeatedly to push anti-Trump headlines?
You have a a fucking national newspaper owned by a multi-billionaire who is being paid 600 million by the CIA directly and it gets zero mentions.
I google "bezos cia contract" and the first article that pops up is from 2013...
https://www.thenation.com/article/amazo ... -contract/
Word emerged that hackers invaded its internal system—for a few days, no less—all of its staffers had to change their passwords as the company tried to figure out how much data had been compromised.
Meanwhile, a petition campaign was launched related to news that Amazon, under the Post’s new owner, Jeff Bezos, recently secured a $600 million contract from the CIA. That’s at least twice what Bezos paid for the Post this year. Bezos recently disclosed that the company’s Web-services business is building a “private cloud” for the CIA to use for its data needs.
Critics charge that, at a minimum, the Post needs to disclose its CIA link whenever it reports on the agency. Over 15,000 have signed the petition this week hosted by RootsAction.

Re: Fake News
The story is obviously being suppressed by Google, I am on page three trying to find "real news" outlets reporting on the potential conflict of interest and the best I can come up with so far is a HuffPo piece.

Re: Fake News
This is classic Alex Jones propaganda to discredit "real news".
Why the Washington Post ‘s New Ties to the CIA Are So Ominous
American journalism has entered highly dangerous terrain.
A tip-off is that the Washington Post refuses to face up to a conflict of interest involving Jeff Bezos — who’s now the sole owner of the powerful newspaper at the same time he remains Amazon’s CEO and main stakeholder.
The Post is supposed to expose CIA secrets. But Amazon is under contract to keep them. Amazon has a new $600 million “cloud” computing deal with the CIA.
The situation is unprecedented. But in an email exchange early this month, Washington Post executive editor Martin Baron told me that the newspaper doesn’t need to routinely inform readers of the CIA-Amazon-Bezos ties when reporting on the CIA. He wrote that such in-story acknowledgment would be “far outside the norm of disclosures about potential conflicts of interest at media organizations.”

It's crazy guy. The press declared war on Trump sometime around the first GOP debate, they keep failing to take him down and now it has turned into obsession and tunnel vision. So there's no room for many stories outside of why Trump is going to kill you. Plus this stuff with the CIA and Amazon is the establishments further attempts to become thought police and have total power of it's citizens. The press is the establishment, so I'm sure they've gotten the word to stay away from stories like this.kybkh wrote:The Washington Post, Bezos/Amazon, CIA connection is the most under-reported story in all the media.

And you are absolutely right. One can learn as much from stories that are not written as the ones that are written.
I've come to the conclusion we are currently in an ideological civil war. I have no idea if it will turn into a shooting war or not, but this won't end until one side or the other of the ideological divide are crushed.

BroHash has been calling it a Virtual Civil War for years. I recall many of us mocking him at the time.C-Mag wrote:It's crazy guy. I was actually thinking about this today as I drove home from work. I don't ever recall being so ideologically opposed to the Left when I was younger. But now I just feel sickened constantly by their actions and agenda.

I think the SJW stuff that the left starting pushing during the Obama Administration was the point at which people rebelled. Crazy gender shit we are supposed to believe, not knowing what bathroom you can use, white girls claiming to be black girls. Manspreading is a threatening posture. It's nuts.
Regardless, here we are, it appears to be an all or nothing game for both sides. For me, I see few routes that it can turn into any kind of shooting war. With that mind, it's mostly riding out the chaos.

Re: Fake News
The longer the Trump Administration continues without disasters, the weaker and weaker the Left's narrative about him will become. Makes you wonder what we'll be hearing a year from now. The hysterics can only be sustained so long before people lose the emotional energy needed to sustain it.

Remember when Trump busted up TPP in his first week?
