I've been eating like dogshit but I've been working out so much I am seeing more progress than I have in years; that and I've gone to eating only twice a day with a 15 hour break in between meals

It might be time to keto it up for a real cut for a month or so.

You know, as a liberal, I find it inspiring when people step out of their normal gender roles and embrace a more encompassing gender identity. Back when I was a youngin, men I know weren't afraidof a potato, or a roll with their steak, but with this new generation it's ok to be afraid. As a liberal I support your redefining of manhood.
