Cratered race relations. Illegally enacted DACA locking in demographic collision. Destroyed private health care. Destroyed institutionally credibility of Intel Community. Bailed out Manhattan Banks.

He was vetted, and all his secrets were found, and that is how they were kept out of the public's view. Those that came out, were the ones that escaped them somehow.
