Listening to the DOGE team and podcasts on the subject, they are saying they don't need Congress to reduce the size and scope of government. Because much of it's growth over the last 50 years has essentially been illegal. Chevron deference and a couple other similar cases have proven that.

One interview I saw with a former official who saw Obamacare go down said,

I think he was Tom Luongo.

I'm hopeful and want to believe
I'm glad someone else recognizes Biden's 4 years at Obama's 3rd term.
We can never let them forget that BHO, at a minimum, authorized the illegal investigation of Trump. People loyal to him obstructed Trump, etc

I appreciate the specificity and tangible goals that they are laying out. They keep upping the ante on themselves. I hope with the pardoning of Hunter that all bets are off for Trump. Political nuclear war is well underway. There are no norms and any appeals to them should be summarily dismissed. If Trump has to recess congress to get his appointments then that is what he must do.

Most government projects should come with a clear expiry date. That’s why we set one for @DOGE: July 4, 2026.

Sounds like Trump has reinforced the pardoning of J6 political prisoners on day one in response to this pardon.
