Seriously, dude. It's obvious that you didn't even read any of the articles about this. Your little condescending cynic shtick would be kinda cute if you weren't constantly stating falsehoods.
I do not constantly state falsehoods, that’s a bit harsh.
Disney now owns Fox Television but NOT Fox News

Not too bad, man. At least on the days I can avoid thinking about college football.heydaralon wrote:Havent heard from my fellow gator in awhile. Read it again. I didn’t say “external” power, and the echo dot doesn’t have a battery in it.Calculus Man wrote:Dude, I was about to log on the other day, and then I saw you claim that microphones need external power to work. Yeah, the exact word you used was "electricity". I changed it to external power because that's obviously what you meant, if you are talking about unplugging things to prevent surveillance.GrumpyCatFace wrote:Read it again. Lightning doesn't work without electricity, either. You know that's not what you were saying.

Disney is basically is buying everything from FOX. Like:
All of their TV IPs (like The Simpsons, Bob's Burgers, Archer, It's Always Sunny, American Horror Story, etc...)
Basically all of their channels, minus of course their news division and sports.
Disney is also buying up FOX's 30% of Hulu shares. Which now would make Disney the majority Shareholder of Hulu, with 60% of the shares (Disney currently owns, 30% of Hulu, NBC/Universal owns 30% Hulu, FOX before this deal owed 30% of Hulu).
Disney is going to own all of FOX"s movie. Including FOX's Searchlight division and Blue Sky Admination division. Basically, there was once 6 major film studios but after this deal, FOX Movie Studio is pretty much dead. Which means that their will only be 5 major film studios.

Actually most CPU's hold their own operating system that can access the Internet. The logic being, supposedly, that way it's easier to do remote work on. This must be some level of IT I'm not familiar with however because I've never had the pleasure of remote accessing a CPU to do diagnostics on it. Seems outlandish really.

I am just doing my job about informing how they daily consumer is going to get fucked over by a monopoly in the near future. But at least we now could get that sought over Avengers vs. X-Men movie right?
