Happy Holiday!

Just in case you didn’t know, National One Hit Wonder Day is Monday, September 25th.

My local station is playing all one-hit wonders today; pretty decent playlist so far. ^Link to JackFM above

We’re not sure who came up with the idea, or if it’s even a legit holiday? But, at JACK, we’re ready to celebrate. All we need is a National One Hit Wonder Day streamer, cups and plates. They're pretty hard to find though. So while we look for the rest of our party supplies, tune in the morning of Sunday, September 25th starting at 6am when we break open JACK’s One Hit Wonder Day Piñata. We’ve filled it up, one song at a time, from artists like Devo, Vanilla Ice, Chumbawamba, Georgia Satellites, Sir-Mix-A lot, Tommy Tutone and a bunch others.

Now playing:

Lingering in the early 80s zone today. Much better than church shootings, Little RocketMan, and the end of the NFL, actually.

Some good stuff in the youtube comments, e.g., "Never met the woman but had sex with her several dozen times in my youth."

Well, it's that magical day again....

Take a break from fake news and bulletins from the counter-coup to enjoy a bit of when life was good; when us normies were all just looking for a way to get some gas in the tank and a taco in our belly, while Brett and Mark were shopping for new cockslaying threads at the Maryland Chess King.
