I will bet Hashbucks that, in the future, the population currently being incarcerated for drug convictions will instead be sentenced to drug rehab, where instead of set sentences they will stay until they are deemed 'clean.' Think One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. The money will flow in a more stable, directed stream and it will make it harder for the public to get angry about sentencing people for minor drug offenses. I would think that this group, more than most, would be outraged by that.
