I think Baby Mama Generation is applicable given the stats. That's going to have a huge and detrimental impact on this generation. I am hopeful that Gen Z with our help can turn this around, though. The problem is that millennials are a big generation due to the size of their parent generation (boomers). We have to hold onto our positions of power like boomers did to us while advancing Gen Z into positions of authority in a deliberate program of ending this curse of the boomer generation.

Well, the reason this shit has come back is that the children of boomers grew up and started demanding it.

This shit comes in cycles because of the nature of generations. The boomer bloodline is going to become increasingly degenerate, though. That much is clear. Imagine what the kids of all these selfish millennial single moms will grow to become. It's going to be a fucking disaster. If it degraded from as bad as it was with the boomers to what we see now in just one generational bloodline iteration.. holy shit.. it's going to be terrible when the children of millennials become adults.
