I've done a little reading in the past month or so, sounds like O'Reilly was taken out by a political assassination. Accused him of Sexual misconduct with women.

I only recently learned O'Reilly was not fired. In his contract Fox and O'Reilly had a mutual clause, that if Fox was done with him they could be done with him at any time, but it would cost them a lot of money, and it cost them I understand.
